In principle, it is possible to log in to red.sport with your login details on two devices.
However, it should be noted that the login option does not refer directly to two different devices, but is divided into two different sessions.
A brief explanation of how the sessions work:
When you log in to red.sport, a session is created. This is stored in your profile, but also created as a cookie in your browser.
So if you simply close your browser without logging out, this session remains active and cannot be used on another device.
If you have a session open on a PC and a cell phone, it is not possible to log in on a tablet, for example.
Another problem can arise if you have set very restrictive cookie settings in your browser. If you automatically delete your cookies when you close your browser, this session is deleted in the browser but still stored in your profile. This means that you can no longer use this session until you delete it from your profile.
To get around these problems, you can, for example, always log out of a session, which is then free again and you can also log in with it on another device.
If you are unsure where you are logged in, except on your cell phone, for example, you can open your profile on red.sport on your cell phone and then click on the “Log out of all other devices” button.
You should now be able to log in on the second device again.
If you still have problems deleting your sessions, this article may help you.
