There is a limit: You can only log in with your login on a maximum of 2 devices at the same time. To manage the devices in your profile, proceed as follows:
- Log in to redplus.sport.
- If you are logged in on more than 2 devices, you will see the message “Too many players on the field”.
- At the same time, you will receive an e-mail (also check your spam folder).
- In the email, click on the red “Delete session” button.
- You will be redirected to the device settings in your RED+ profile.
- Click on “Log out of all other devices”.
- Confirm this once again.
You will then only be logged in on your current device and can use the entire RED+ service again.
