I have an active monthly subscription - what does this mean for me?
If you don't cancel your subscription, you will only pay EUR 15.90/month instead of EUR 19.90 from 25 July. Your loyalty price applies automatically - you don't have to do anything.
I have an active annual subscription - do I also get a benefit?
Yes. If you remain active at the next renewal, you will only pay EUR 126/year instead of EUR 149.90.
If I cancel my subscription and rejoin later, will I also get the loyalty price?
No. The loyalty price only applies to uninterrupted subscriptions. The new standard price applies to cancellations and new subscriptions at a later date.
