⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE IN ADVANCE: Simply deleting or uninstalling the app from your smartphone does not cancel your RED+ subscription! The store will otherwise continue to charge you automatically. You must complete the cancellation using one of the following steps:
If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store (iPhone):
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap "Subscriptions".
Select the RED+ subscription.
Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable automatic renewal at the end of the current billing period.
Please note: If you purchase a subscription via the Apple App Store or our iPhone application, the purchase is final and subject to Apple's payment policies. Any refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you purchased your subscription via Google Play (Android):
Open the Google Play Store on your smartphone.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner, then tap "Payments & subscriptions", and then "Subscriptions".
Tap the RED+ subscription you want to cancel.
Tap "Cancel subscription".
Follow the on-screen instructions.
